Europe<\/strong><br \/>\nBefore a product is placed on the European market the product must meet the essential requirements listed in the directives.<\/p>\n<p>We can distinguish three directives:<br \/>\n1.1 Low Voltage Directive (LVD) applies when the product operates between 50 and 1000 Vac or between 75 and 1500 Vdc<br \/>\n1.2 R&amp;TTE directive (Radio and Telecommunications Terminal Equipment) applies when the product uses wireless or &#8220;terminal&#8221; equipment.<br \/>\n1.3 Medical Device Regulations (MDR) applies to medical instruments, devices, material, \u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. United States of America<\/strong><br \/>\nNot required for most devices but is possibly a customer&#8217;s requirement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Canada<\/strong><br \/>\nNot required for most devices but is possibly a customer&#8217;s requirement.<br \/>\nThe BGEMC Lab can execute the LVD and MDR tests according to harmonised standards in order to prove that your product complies.<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"h3\" style=\"color: #7d64ff;\">Applications<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&#8211; Information Technology Equipment (ITE)<br \/>\n&#8211; Medical devices and appliances<br \/>\n&#8211; Laboratory and measuring equipment<br \/>\n&#8211; Automotive<br \/>\n&#8211; Agricultural vehicles<br \/>\n&#8211; Household<br \/>\n&#8211; Marine<br \/>\n&#8211; Wireless applications<br \/>\n&#8211; Military<br \/>\n&#8211; Aviation<br \/>\n&#8211; EV chargers<br \/>\n&#8211; \u2026<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"h3\" style=\"color: #7d64ff;\">Standards<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The\u00a0<span style=\"color: #7d64ff;\"><a style=\"color: #7d64ff;\" href=\"#tabel\">table<\/a><\/span>\u00a0below gives an overview of the standards according to which the BGEMC lab can test.<br \/>\nHowever, this is only a limited list. Full compliant testing <\/strong><br \/>\nIn case a product fails during the full compliant test an acceptable solution will be sought, possibly we can switch free of charge to pre-compliant testing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Advice:<\/strong> In case more in-depth research is required the advice of an independent expert can be appealed to.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.
